Return Policy

Maxwell Threads accepts returns on any items purchased in the last 30 days that are unused and in original condition. We do not offer cash/credit refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue a store credit to be used on your next purchase.

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may also return your item to any of our local pop up shops for no cost and receive a store credit.

You cannot return items that were purchased over 30 days ago, any sale items, damaged items not due to our error, or promotional items.
